What we collect
We only collect what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, the service you selected, and your message. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data.

IP address and spam control
When you submit the contact form we store a salted hash of your IP address — never the IP address itself. The hash cannot be reversed into an address and is used for one purpose only: limiting how many submissions can come from the same source in an hour. Hashes are retained for 90 days and then deleted.
How long we keep submissions
Contact form submissions are stored for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation, and no longer than 24 months. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time through the contact form.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in a private database with no public access and are read only by D Meireles Solutions, Inc. We do not share them with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to host the site and deliver the notification email.
